Construction materials normally cover an important percentage of the entire cost of a building construction project. Effective material management plays a critical role in project success. However, traditional approaches frequently have difficulty and complexity, resulting in delays, cost overruns, and different results. In general, current technologies are not being used effectively to overcome human error and are not being well linked with project management systems to make material management and oversight easier and faster. As a result, the goal of this research is the creation of a mechanism to improve materials management through cost control on construction projects by modeling systems using AI. This paper explores the potential for transformation of artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (linear regression) modeling for improving project cost management and its effects on project performance. The model used shows the ability of artificial intelligence to predict the total expenses for the next month of the project from every month, thus improving project planning and saving the total costs of the project
